Shavers and Flame was inspired by a passion for travel and the incredible flavors found along the way. Owners Iwona and Eric have been fortunate in creating lasting memories with their family while traveling the world. A majority of these cherished experiences are centered around exciting flavors within the regional cuisine. While roaming around the Adriatic, Ionian and Mediterranean Seas, a common theme arose, savory flame grilled meats cooked to absolute perfection. Each region offered bright, rich and bold flavors. Wanting to bring these flavors home to Camas Washington, Eric began perfecting his recipes with the inspiration of each dish and ingredient they found at every destination. Shavers and Flame is honored and excited to share these flavors with you and your family.
